Step 2: Site Visit
- Our team visits each property to ensure FEMA compliance. We sign a lease with the owner or property manager.
Step 3: Receive Payment
- You receive payment via method of your choice -- ACH, wire, or check.
Step 4: FEMA Inspection
- We coordinate an inspection with the FEMA team, and provide a checklist to prepare.
Step 5: Plan Move In
- Schedule “Lease-In” date and provide a Maui family with a home.
